Designed Collateral

The magazine is very design heavy, with every article individually designed and formatted according to topic. (The Advocate's mission is to illuminate complex issues for readers of all walks, and strong visuals were needed).

Designed in collaboration with NACWA's in-house design. Viardo researched, wrote, and edited the document; then he directed the art,  creating the major visual concepts.

During a major fundraising campaign, AAJ PAC underwent a visual brand refresh. Samples include original artwork by Viardo and collaborations with in-house designer to create the palette for its complete visual identity.

As part of a retention campaign, AAJ's New Members Kit underwent a brand refresh (and design overhaul) as part of the larger AAJ rebrand that would impact every department. This new Kit takes on a unique form as well as a different look.

As part of an engagement campaign, AAJ's member group offering underwent a brand refresh--which still ongoing. Viardo refreshed the art and focused on eye-catching focal elements to brand all S&LG collateral moving forward.

This catalog promotes and sells one of AAJ's most useful products: the Litigation Packet. A complicated publishing project, this issue was redesigned and visually rebranded to become a much more accessible and useful reference guide. Now it is a template for future issues.
